Shedding Who You Are Not
From the moment we are born, we begin accumulating layers of conditioning, beliefs, and survival strategies that are not inherently ours. We learn how to behave to receive love, what to hide to ensure we belong, and which parts of ourselves are “unacceptable.” Over time, these layers become so dense that we mistake them for who we are.

This course is the courageous work of shedding those layers. It is the path of healing the core wounds and unburdening the limiting beliefs that keep you stuck in survival mode. We will gently explore the three core wounds that affect us all—the wound of worth, the wound of belonging, and the wound of vulnerability—and uncover how they show up in your life, relationships, and choices.

Using principles from trauma-informed modalities, you will learn to identify the unconscious beliefs that shape your reality and begin the sacred process of unburdening the parts of you that have been carrying these heavy loads. This is not about digging in the past for the sake of it; it’s about liberating your present from the echoes of the past so you can finally live as your most authentic Self.
